On behalf of the entire Vegas Kings Minor League Football Family, we would like to extend, to all of you, our sincerest appreciation and gratitude for your continued support of our organization. It is because of your amazing support that the Vegas Kings have been able to enjoy tremendous success both on the field and off the field since playing our first game here in Las Vegas in 2008.
Since 2008 the Kings are very proud to have established ourselves as one of the premier minor league sports franchises on the west coast. During our first three seasons we have continuously improved our product on the field by recruiting only the absolute best talent on the sidelines with our coaches and support staff, and most importantly on the playing field with our amazing athletes. It is because of the dedication and sacrifice of all of these individuals that we have enjoyed three winning seasons as part of the LCFL West and have improved our overall winning percentage each year which culminated in an appearance in our first LCFL West Championship game in 2010.
Taking these things into consideration; it is of the utmost importance to our ownership that we are able to continue to provide a top notch football and entertainment experience to each and every fan which will be a positive reflection of our league, our city, and both our corporate and community partners.
In order for us to continue in this winning tradition we find it necessary that we take some time off to reflect on our first three seasons and evaluate how we can provide an even better and more exciting experience moving forward. Therefore, we regret to inform all of you that the Vegas Kings will suspend play for the 2011 LCFL West season for the purposes of personnel and logistical reconfiguration. You can rest assured that this reconfiguration will result in an even better product on the field in 2012.
Again, we are very grateful for all of your continued support and ask that you continue to offer your support of our organization moving forward. During our period of rebuilding you may keep up with everything Vegas Kings by accessing our official team website at www.vegaskingsfootball.com.
